Age of Thomas Robinson Sr

There are several possibilities for Thomas Robinson Sr's age:

1. This is the first deed I've found on Thomas Sr:

1749 April: THOMAS ROBINSON 160 acres LG on Stoney Crk adj River. This is in the northern part of today's Mecklenburg Co, NC. Entered 11 Apr 1749 and recorded 4 April 1750.

Assuming this deed and the other early deeds listed in old Anson Co NC are my Thomas Robinson Sr then you would have to put his birth somewhere between 1720 and 1730.

2. If these early Anson Co NC deeds are for another Thomas Robinson/Robertson then the earliest deed that I'm sure is his deed is this one:

1762 November: THOMAS ROBINSON witness deed for Moses Moore to Valentine Mauney for land on the NS Indian Crk. In today's Lincoln Co, NC.

Assuming this is his first deed then his birth date would be somewhere in the early 1740's. Both assumptions are based on Thomas Robinson Sr being of the youngest age to own land in his own name.

3. I have two pages of Thomas Robinson Sr's Bible found in the National Archives under Thomas Price, Revolutionary War Pension Request File #W1076 that was filed by Margaret Robertson [Robinson], wife of Thomas Price. One page lists the birth of 3 of Thomas Sr's 3 children with the earliest being Margaret who was born on 6 Aug 1768 in Rutherford Co, NC. Assuming that Margaret was the first child would support the early 1740's birth date for Thomas Sr, however, I'm unsure whether there were any early pages in the Bible that were not submitted by Margaret. Her purposed for submitting these Bible pages was the prove her birth date so the possibility exists there were other earlier children.

4. Thomas Sr did not leave a will. In Aug 1793 he sold his property to 4 people. 3 of them are listed on the Bible page with the 4 being a Mary. He died somewhere between selling property to his children in Aug 1793 and the May 1794 deed list below:

1794 May: Deed Book M, Rutherford Co, NC, Pg 118, 11 May 1794, Thomas Hawkins of Rutherford Co NC to James Flinn, 100 acres on the east side of Second Broad River joining the lower part of THOMAS ROBINSON, deceased, old plantation, granted to William Eves in 1787, also joining land I sold to Thomas Covender. Wit: Alexander Cooper, Thomas Ussery. Recorded #1482, 17 Jun 1795, Rutherford Co NC.
